I know this was posted by others, I have seen them, I couldn’t find one to add onto but basically I am using this map for those times when I have trouble locating that final pesky POI or Heart in an area

And they have a GREAT way of seeing how many POIs, Waypoints, Skills, Hearts and Vistas for that area…on top of which it is MUCH MUCH easier to read the names of those areas…basically when you zoom out to see the entire map you see the areas named with the counts on them, but in-game it could be just like this except maybe 10/16 to indicate you have completed 10 out of 16 POIs and when you have all them just say 16….
I think this would help a ton to figure out completion of areas
Basically right now I have a Google Doc for each of my characters where I am keeping track of it…and that kinda sucks
