If you are gonna sell your item directly to the person who has a buy order with the highest bid, instead of listing the item, you should not have to pay the tax just to be able to make the sell. It should automatically take the fees out and let you pick up the difference from the TP. As it is now if I have a highend item that could take me outta the red, I can not get the monies til I farm 6 dungeons just to make the tax to sell the item.

If on the other hand you are listing the item at your own set price , as you will be leaving it in there you should have to pay the listing fee at the moment of listing.

I think this is fair.
