I think the Guardian burning should be unique compared to Ele/Engineer burning.

Umm, why? By your current logic, every class should have it’s own burning because there’s nothing special about the guardian’s burning. I have the nagging feeling you’re a guardian and not getting in any damage ticks of burning since eles and engis can spam it so dang well lol :P
