Guild Wars 2

I don’t think I have to put much emphasis on how important these changes will be to the bug fixing of Guild Wars 2, and how much I want them to be among the top priority changes coming in the next patches, it’s therefore imperative that a mod/admin reads this and passes it on! Please help me by posting your support/questions/additional suggestions here.
The bug report system is horrible, sometimes you find stupid bugs in the middle of a tense fight, and you can take all the computer screenshots you want, you still can’t capture it in your bug report. So my suggestion is to allow people to take screenshots in-game any time they want, and then attach them to the bug report from a folder in the game files. This is the first step of getting better bug reporting to remove all bugs from the game, and is extremely important at this early stage of release.
The other change is the ability to “save” the text you’ve written in the report. Sometimes I write a really long text about a bugged Dynamic Event, and suddenly I forget the name of the area. When I go out of the report to check, I have to copy/paste the text and re-find the categories to keep writing the text with the additional info. This proves really inconvenient and could be fixed simply by the bug report system remembering what you last wrote. When you have sent the report, or if you click “clear” button, it resets so you can write a new report from scratch next time.
