I think it would be cool if a feature was added where when someone on your server creates a Legendary it pops up in your chat box similar to GW1 when someone maxed a title. Just a small feature that would add a little more pizzaz to someone’s hard work.

ex. Flimsy Flamingo crafted Flameseeker Prophecies.

Pops up as a gold message in your chatbox. Server wide instead of world wide to prevent it being spammed as much as titles were in GW1 and create a sense of knowing the people within your server and building up your own “fame” so to speak.

And it should only show up in the cities, if not only LA.

Yeah, I think this would be really cool, especially if there was something similar in GW1 and it wouldn’t be too much of a problem.

Eh, I wouldn’t oppose it, as long as there was an option to toggle it on/off. GW1 had a similar thing where it would announce in cities whenever you completed certain achievements. Sometimes you’d get somebody whispering you a “Congrats”, but after a while it became so commonplace that most people just didn’t bother.
