It is currently 1,800 Gems to switch to a High Volume Server from a High Volume Server. A reduced price based on swapping availability would allow users to join with guilds. Players that get more involved, tend to play longer. My suggestion is to add a 900 Gem option that shows availability for swapping with a player from the desired server. When two people on opposing servers wish to switch, the move would be automatic. The limitation for wait could be a month. The option of sale would only open under a set amount of accounts pending. If switching from a High to a Medium Volume Server, the cost would be a reduced of that normal charge.
I think this could improve the sales on Gems, engage players with players, and balance the servers.

The cost is based on the current number of players on, so try to switch to that server at night and it’ll be cheaper.
