Set Online Status to not quite invisible...
Please don’t take this as me poking fun of the suggestion…I am not. With that being said, do you have a stalker?
LOL… Eh, um… no, not per say… But ya know, Moms were not so enamored with us when we were children as we are now adults. My Mom plays this game, I’m 34… and ya know… for the 15 phone calls a day I get from her, the whisper messages are 3 times the amount of phone calls. I love my Mom but um… yeah…
LMAO!!!! That is so much better than a stalker! I would have felt bad if you really were getting stalked. Now I can just chuckle (sorry, but that is hilarious).
Oh, heck, honey, chuckle away, but while you’re giggling over there, this is NOT a person I can rightfully give the finger to and add to my block-list, if you catch my drift.
Honestly, though, my mother is not the only person I dodge in this way, I have MS irl, I often do not feel well at certain moments in every month, this is not these people’s fault that I do not feel well, I just wanna play my game in silence, being left ALONE… I am trying to make my suggestion for the greater-good of all parties.
(The more personal implications of the request is just an added bonus… cough )
I, in no way, meant to take away from the suggestion with my laughter. I agree with you wholeheartedly. The offline status in GW1 was definitely better at hiding your status than it is in GW2.
I didn’t feel as if you did lessen my suggestion with being tickled pink by one part of my issue, lmao… Yep, it’s hella-funny, and if I was not the one it was happening to, I’d be in stitches too, but… over-all… to set a status to invisible implies… just that: Complete Stealth.
Complete Stealth is something we do not have if your Guild Roster screen is giving away your online endeavors.
I just figured that it was never an issue in GW 1, and with this game, and the fact that it is still relatively new… that a couple programming quirks still exist.
