Should GW2 have Capes/Cloaks Poll

I’d love it. They could count as Backpacks or something I guess. I was INCREDIBLY disappointed in Arenanet with the weird Guild Banner-backpack skin, it looked so tiny and dumb compared to the amazing cloaks in GW1.
I need a cloak like nobody’s business.
I really hate capes.

I think they could use them anything thats different would be a nice change to see.
But personally i think they need to work on their armor first because thats… where their is really no verity.
I think they would be a great addition.
I miss them from the first game, however, I’m not sure if I’m okay with them covering up the back item I already have as I’m rather fond of it.
If they could find a way to make capes work without covering the back items, then I’m game!

I agree with you whole heartedly. In stead of adding so many time sensitive content to the game they should add huge amount of armor skins/models to the game, and not just for level 80! The armor variety from level 1 up needs to be wider! But they should add the capes in with such a patch. I think that most of the community would approve of it as long as it wasn’t a plain “cape” and had more of a look like suggested in the attachment above.
I’m for capes.
If people don’t want to wear them, they don’t have to.
