You could make a cape skin. That you can put on the back item. And maybe it could be like a neck to toe length cloak.
Plz plz plz add it.

No it just needs to be added in as apart of the game as back slot items. However I agree the capes need to return.

I do not care where added, what currency to buy, I want capes in game more than any other possible item that could ever be thought and invented! I will never stop repeating it ><
