Every player on your current map will show up as a green dot on your map window and on the popup map viewer. This would enable people to find and work with other players easily.

I know this sounds a bit weird, but I hate playing alone, it’s boring, I like to fight alongside other players; That’s why I’m playing an MMO, unfortunately this game seems to be really anti-social. I’m hoping something like this will help people find each other on the map and come together for major events.

i agree. when i first started, i was wondering why nobody showed up on my map… but of course, you should be able to toggle it on and off if you just want to use the map.

Definitely have a toggle, I would probably have a ‘no show’ option as well in case you want to solo and don’t want to be shown on the map.

I like this idea.

This definitely needs to be added to WvW maps (friendly players).

It would allow players to visually see where the action is and act accordingly in a timely fashion, instead of just wandering around the map.

I thought this was already in WvW maps? I saw lots of green dots running around when I tried it out for the first time last night…
