When your armor is damaged, a little shield icon appears next to your health meter. This same icon should appear on party/squad member’s picture, and some how for those that use the compact party UI.

That way if you’re in a party and one of your members forgot or didn’t notice they had damaged armor, you can give them a friendly reminder.

Any time you die, one piece will damage. After 9 deaths, one piece will break.

Count their deaths if you must.

Without counting this would assist in more team oriented game-play where counting deaths of teammates could lead to a loss of a match.

OP Sounds like a good suggestion though.

You can’t know whether it was damaged when they came in, or if they use a repair canister… and you might not see them go to the repair NPC.
