Simple yet effective: show guild tag or even full name when hovering over a player’s name in party window.

+1. I’m in a big guild and sometimes I’m partying with a guildie and don’t realize it till halfway through the dungeon run

The tag floating over their head doesn’t help you? If you are both repping the same guild, it is even in gold.

Party members aren’t always in visual range. On many occasions I get a party invite from a guildie and I’m not sure if it’s a guild party or a pug (which matters because I don’t know whether to speak in English or not) – among other things.
