For example, when zenith weapon skins are transmuted to a blue/green/yellow rarity weapons, the transmuted weapon is SHOWN to be exotic (name of the weapon appears in orange) in rarity where it is actually NOT exotic.

So, I am suggesting to add the real rarity in bracket beside the text “transmuted”.

And for the armour/Weapon to have its correct name.

Example, my thief has apothecary armour, the chest piece is called “berserkers duelist top” instead of apothecary. The bug also happens with sigil names on weapons.

If that is so why don’t I get an exotic back when I throw 4 zenith weapons (transmuted to similar green weapons) into MF? Doesn’t make any sense. Don’t believe me, try it out yourself.

Well it’s preserved when you use a Transmutation Crystal/Stone.
What you get from the Mystic Forge is a new item.

For example:

Ascended Back Piece like the quiver gets soulbound on use, toss it on the MF and what you get is an account bound one, because for the system internally it’s another item entirely.
It’s easier than it sounds, but trust me.
