I collected Siege, a lot of siege. I would like to play some alts and allow them to use my Siege but it is all soulbound. What is the need for that really? You can just buy it, you can TRADE the item you use to buy it… just wondering.

Makes more sense for Siege to be Account bound or not bound at all…

Doesn’t even make that much sense for it to be soulbound considering you can drop siege on the ground for someone else to pick up lol

Yeah, so if you can drop Siege and others can pick it up, why cant you trade it through your own bank to your other characters?

I am fine with them being account bound, as soon as they make the puzzles account locked.

They should be account bound, however there’s a good reason they can’t be traded.. you wouldn’t want people mailing siege blueprints to people on the front lines. Siegemasters are a keep upgrade for a reason.

Not really. Some people on the front lines have 250 of each siege.

being tradeable would devalue the merchant price, because people would just farm blueprints and sell them.

but as to why it’s account bound? no idea. makes no sense.

Personally i think account bound blueprints/WvW jump puzzles account locked are the best option.
