I am liking Sigil of Luck, it seems pretty decent how ever, personally i think it should be chance on Crit rather than on kill.
Currently its:
50% Chance to gain a boon on killing an enemy
Aegis: 10 seconds
Protection: 3 seconds
Regeneration: 5 seconds
Retaliation: 5 seconds
Swiftness: 5 seconds
I think it would have been better if it was:
50% Chance to gain a boon on Critical Hit (10second cool down)
Aegis: 9 seconds
Protection: 9 seconds
Regeneration: 9 seconds
Retaliation: 9 seconds
Swiftness: 9 seconds
What do you guys think? Of course the “50% chance” and Boon duration could be adjusted so that it isnt like obscenely overpowered but i think with the right tweaks it could be a solid and very useful Sigil for some builds
