Each tier would allow for a different amount of reuses. Obviously the higher one would allow more. I don’t know what a reasonable number for reuses would be, though.

Manual are not meant to respec, they just give you access to the traits,the fact that they also reset your traits is a bonus, to respec you should talk to the npc and ask him to retrain which is considerably cheaper than a book.

You can also do this in the WvW assuming its not full, log-out and back in and you should be in the same spot you where before.

I’m aware of that. There is a reason this is in the suggestions forums. I wasn’t looking for advice.

And the books only allow you to respec the first time they are used.

Is this just for convenience purposes? Sure why not. But…paying 2 gold for something that you could pay 4 silver for would seem kind of like a waste. Most people probably wouldn’t even use this feature.
