My suggestion is this: 1: change killing blow on weapon master to just plain kills.
OR 2: lower the cap on weapon master and keep killing blow

Title pretty much says the main point. Basically, I am trying to finish some of my slayer achieves and I looked at the weapon master achieves also to see my progress. I am five 80s into the game. 1080 hours and I have only gotten greatsword master. The next most complete under GS is mace at 32 percent. Why is it that you have to not only kill, but get a KILLING BLOW on 5000 enemies.

Yeah it’s pretty lame. I’ve used a focus all the time for months and I have ~ 50 focus kills. There needs to be a better way than by standing in place spamming offhand 4,5 on a group of rats over and over.

It should be changed to “killing blows while equipped.”

They should up the AP for 5000 kills. Slayer gets you more AP per critter completed and you only need to kill 1000.

I wouldn’t mind seeing a reduction but I also wouldn’t mind it being more AP.

Or just lower the requirement for off-hand kills considerably.

I’m wondering how we’re suppose to get so many kills blows with a shield when most shield skills are defensive?

I haven’t tried it but I read you can kill ambients with these weapons and it counts.

Ranger horn with birds will do the horn one. Warrior shield bash will cover that. Both will need to be prepped but need to be careful you don’t over do it.

Still a long and tedious grind for these compared to the rest.
