A lot of Necro’s do not like the fact that the 2nd skill in DS ports you on top of the target, which is often the last place you want to be while playing a necro.
So my suggestion would be to make it so when the projectile hits, the target gets the bleeds/chill as it is now, but you don’t TP, instead you get the option to hit the skill again to TP to the target, with a 2-3sec leash time on it. This way if you don’t want to be ported you don’t need to be, but you still have the option there to do so.
Of course this would throw some issues up when the spell finishes casting after your DS runs out, but imo it’s worth the trade off…
Alternatively you could make it like a Thief’s Infiltrators Strike, where it TP’s you innitially, then activate again to TP back to your original point. Again with a small leash time of only 2-3 seconds.
