Most of the stuff i suggest shouldn’t be way to unrealistic or hard to change.

Necro:

  • Greater marks as default or atleast bigger than currently
  • Merge the unblockable marks+cd reduction trait
  • No/Reduced CD on shroud
  • Signet of the locust being a stunbreaker
  • Speed up Staff 1/Completly redesign it

Warrior:

  • The heals healing for more/cooldown reduced
  • Rush more responsive, same treatment as the shadowshot got for ze thieves
  • Longer cripples on melee weapons
  • Some gap closers should ignore chill/cripple
  • Cooldown reduction on weapon swap trait should be baseline
  • Change Brawn to something usefull >_<

Thief:

  • Shorter Cooldown on weapon swap
  • Shadowshot reduced to 1/3 of it’s dmg currently but initative cost also reduced
  • No more unlimited range on Shadow Return
  • Initative cost reduced on dancing dagger

Ranger:

  • Stalker Strike and Serpent’s Strike evades should be swapped and slightly reduced to match the animations
  • More control over the pets
  • More responive and pets that scale with the rangers attributes(sick of ranger having amazing dps pets while going full bunker basicly)

Engineer:

  • Forceful explosives as default size,
  • Some random new trait to replace Forceful Explosives, shorter fuse time on bombs maybe?
  • Remove Mortar
  • More health to turrets and smaller hitboxes on them

Guardian:

  • I have no clue

Mesmer:

  • slightly longer cd on ileap but RELIABLE
  • Moa having way shorter CD but breaks on damage(or set amount of damage)
  • Somehow make scepter not useless

Elementalist:

  • Slightly shorter cd on ride the lightning
  • The Intelligence(recharge rate on attunement) Being changed with something else and made baseline cd

UI:

  • Able to move and scale the ui elements to my likeing
  • Being able to click through the ui with ground targeted spells
  • less skill queue
  • FPS and Latency meter as an option
  • Change the colours/scale of your team mates on the minimap in pvp

PvP:

  • More mirrored sides, Blue team has an easier to time to get up from their close to mid than what red have(if the little crate next to the small house is destroyed). This probably goes for more maps but most obvious on khylo imo.
  • Seperate solo and team queues and leaderboards
  • Ingame leaderboard
  • Decay on leaderboards+Set amount of games you need per week to stay on it
  • Visible ratings

Meh can’t think of more smallish things anymore

Take your time to learn proper keybinding, it’s worth the struggle

Engineer:

  • Remove Mortar

Give it 1,500-1,800 range and buff damage or even more range and keep everything else as it is.

Good to know that people you talk to actually listen to what you have to say. Since the developers are already aware of the state of the necromancer i am not going into details about the things you mention other than the No/Reduced CD on shroud.

Several threads on the necromancer forum are mentioning and wanting accessibility to boons of different sorts since that is what the necromancer really lacks compared to other professions. A Death Shroud without a CD and some traits that would give boons while entering Death Shroud would bring boon accessibility to the table, while making the skill cap for Death Shroud play higher since you would have to manage your life force more efficiently. An example would be how the Engineer traits like Speedy Kits and Invigorating Speed work together = STRONG.

And for the User Interface, i really like your ideas.
