Take note these are all my opinion.
1. Strengthen the Guardian, HP and Toughness wise. Reason behind this is because they are really the only true “tanking” class in this game. Warriors are the only other Heavy Armored class but let’s be honest… they’re better off with their burst quick 2-5 second kills. Guardians should be a tougher class to kill. They’re pretty squishy for thier class title.
2. Add new Armor ideas/merchants. We need new Armor/Weapon content. Things are starting to wear out. Everyone has nearly the same armor set or weapons.
3. Don’t take away things from classes that help make up that class.. For example… Ranger… It’s a class that isn’t even that profficient with the bow.. Longbow isn’t all that great, it could honestly be better. Why’s it called the Ranger when Range isn’t super effective with the class? AoEs are cool but not super awesome. Instead of nerfing, why not bump them up for WvW..? I mean You have Zergs battling it out. Offense is one thing that makes it fun.
4. Don’t nerf PvE zones. (Rather… Don’t Nerf the Classes in PvE Zones…. Only Improve.)
5. Add new skill/weapon effects or possibly even, NEW WEAPONS!… New AoE Effects, Spell effects. Weapon skills. or new skills. One thing that can attract players are the game effects. Add some sick looking AoE Spells or something.
6. Improve on lightning? Could it be possible to please polish the look? Even the glyph of elemental storms on elementalist (AIR) Looks pretty lame. Great idea, but the lightning doesn’t look too great. I’d definitely like to see more lightning spells, possibly make the meteor storm look more devastating? same stats just make it look more killer?

NEW CLASS:
The Bard.
My idea with this is make this a Group Friendly Class. A Musician who has practiced over long years to improve their skills and become proficient with a unique art of infusing magic into music through the instruments they play.
They can cast many support spells, Protection, Regeneration, Retaliation, Vigor, Stability, and more! Added to that they can channel a constant Swiftness buff that will be removed upon entering combat and must rechannel (maybe an 8 sec stand still cast) to rechannel. This way it brings groups together. And their skills can only be used within group or on themselves. They use musical instruments to their advantage. And for the first time in Guild Wars 2, they can be the First Ever, Healing Class. They could get a skill (Auto Attack possibly?) Where they can heal a fair amount (group heal) 1k heal per cast? 2.5 sec cast? but must be standing still to heal? Also added to their amazing support benefits they have a few CC skills such as Daze, Confusion, Fear, Immobilize, Sink, Float, And anything else? :P
