Some small things I miss from other games.
There is no character inspection. I’d love it there was.
I don’t. There’s enough elitism already when it comes to MF items and dungeons. Giving the vocal minority an option to ‘inspect’ other players will more or less lock everyone else out of the dungeons altogether.
I’d love a toggle option to automatically refuse Party & Guild invites.
I agree with this. Also an option to block whispers too (the only whispers I seem to get is spam for guild invites), though this can be easily achieved with a custom chat tab.
Charcter info for forums.
Only if it’s optional. Personally, I don’t necessarily want people on the forums to know what characters I play. I played a few F2P games in the past where character info was tied into my forum account and it made for some annoying stalker-like activity within the game itself.
ingame voicechat.
I imagine it’s probably too bandwidth-heavy (so, expensive) for ANet to afford, though I was sure they mentioned ingame voice chat at a past public event.
My ingame house.
Apparently, some form of player housing is in the works but in what form is anyone’s guess.
Inspection: Terrible idea. In a game where people reskin armor, stats are trivial, and everything can be done by anyone who has half an hour and thumbs, who cares? If you like their skin, ask ’em about it. I’m sure they’d be glad to have you stroke their ego as they explain their awesome armor skin to you.
Auto-refuse: Toggle invisible/busy/offline. It blocks whispers, uknortherner. And as for auto-refuse party/guilds, yeah, great idea, especially for the guilds.
Character Info on Forums: I tend to tell people how bad their ideas are on the forums. I don’t want any more flaming in the game than the people who recognize my typing can give me. It’s bad enough I can have "followers" spying on me if they so choose, but...
Ingame voice chat: Probably, eventually. But really, voice chat isn’t needed. I type faster than most people can speak, and do a much better job communicating through it.
Housing: I don’t understand the huge push for this one, but it’s ok I guess.
So shines a good deed in a naughty world.

1.) Give us plain capes and guild capes, or even let us make our own.
2.) Give us a skin collection place where all of our previously used skins are saved and ready to be taken out for use.
3.) Bring out more interesting and better gear.
4.) Release way more titles, they are lacking seriously, not even one title in the Slayer section or Weapon Master section, example : 500/500 kills on trolls would reward Troll Slayer.
5.) Make our titles stand out more.
6.) The Guild symbol on your chest shouldn’t be stuck to that awful beginning skin, let it be put on whatever our chest gear may be.
7.) Let us change our account name, character name and appearance (not race).
8.) Allow an achievement comparison option like in World of Warcraft, you could right click them and compare, if you can’t compare then it takes away lots of motivation.
9.) Bring an inspect option in, and a preview option on the trading post.
10.) Give rewards for certain titles and achievements, it drives us forward to do hard tasks, example: Miniature Collector, collect 54 miniatures, reward us with something amazing, like a very unique miniature. Staff Master (5000 killing blows), reward us with an awesome staff.
11.) Bring more achievements, I hate to compare but this is what WoW done right, 1400+ achievements, all of them bringing unique titles, gear, mounts and so much more, they all even had little icons for them, it was just a nice thing to do, but now we have no major motive to collect these achievements.
12.) Let us show our own name, guild and title over our heads, it’s a nice little feature.
13.) Let us shift + right click people’s names in chat and be told their name, guild, race, class, level, guild and zone.
Auto-refuse: Toggle invisible/busy/offline. It blocks whispers, uknortherner.
Ah, now that’s something I didn’t know before. Cheers!
12.) Let us show our own name, guild and title over our heads, it’s a nice little feature.
Yup, been suggested so many times and still isn’t in.
