I have some suggestions to make some guardian weapons a little better. First Guardians shield, Make Shield of judgement a stun or a daze. Shield of Absorption, make it so enemies can’t enter the dome/bubble like how sanctuary is. The reason for that is because with the long cool down of shield of absorption its barely useful in my opinion and because guardians do not have a block on their shield which that is the only use for a shield.
Guardians staff: I think staff auto attack should work some what like the trident auto attack. It bounces off of enemies and heals allies. Next i think Symbol of Swiftness should be moved to the #2 skill because it does not have access to the 25% movement increase like most other professions. As for Orb of Light move it to the #3 skill get rid of the detonate function and increase the damage and speed of the projectile with a 12 second or so cool down. Empower and Line of Warding are fine as is.
Guardian Scepter: Orb of Wrath is alright now i guess, only problem is the aesthetics of it. Smite is nice just would rather it have a lower duration so you can get the full 15 hits off. Got this from wiki guardian smite discussion thing “Causes a number of small orbs which act like mini projectiles to strike the target area. Each orb can only hit one target or not hit anything at all.” Like 50-60% of the time the orbs miss, I just think for guardians only range weapon should be useful and not broken. Chains of Light is fine as is.
Guardians sword: Its “fine” just could be better, The Auto attack chain is its primary use because Flashing Blade and Zealots Defense have a relatively high cool down. As for Flashing Blade I think it should be moved to the #3 weapon skill and have a cripple 1-2 sec, or a chill 1-2 sec, or a immobilize 1 sec. And for Zealots Defense be moved to the #2 skill slot with a 10 sec recharge, With this change I think the sword could be a more viable weapon for DPS. I also think guardians should have a trait that has a reduction of sword skills by 20% could put it with the Powerful Blades trait. Could have the trait be: Sword skills recharge 20% quicker and a 5% damage increase.
Sanctuary: Here is the description of the skill from wiki “Form a protective healing shelter for allies. Foes and projectiles cannot enter.” Thing is, Foes CAN enter sanctuary with stability…the description kind of contradicts itself. For such a long recharge/cool down Foes should not be able to enter it with stability.
Shelter: Is fine as is I just think it should become a consecration.
Tomes: I think they could be more useful if they gave stability so you don’t get spammed dazed/stun which makes using the skill pretty useless. I also think the tomes recharge time should be decreased to 120 seconds.

ummm… orb of light…. i need the detonations skill…. i actually use it to deal aoe dmg and heal allies.
as far as the others, id have to play w/ my guard more. I usually run around w/ mace and shield and staff in pt, and gs w/ mace and shield when i solo
Think Smite should be a symbol?
I dunno if smite should be a symbol or not but its clearly broken. Being the only ranged weapon of a guardian it needs to be fixed.
