Hi all

This is my first post here but i feel i should post it and i hope something is done with it!

wow we have something that might drop from?
I dont know give certain champions a awsome looking weapon that might drop if your lucky and that being to only way to obtain it.

It might be mentioned before but i feel am missing a goal somethign to achieve, ofcourse theire is the goal of getting a legendairy weapon but facing facts in the end everyone wil have one its just a matter of time really! even if you don’t want one you ll probably get one eventualy anyways.

The same with dunguon armors and weapons just do them each day and you got the dunguon armor you like in no time.
Theire is no luck involved just spend time on something you wil do daily until you complete the armor you like.

I would love to see something like a rare drop as we saw in guild wars 1 lets say underworld gave the option to get a eternal blade based on change/luck
having drops added based on change and luck wil motivate alot of people to actualy do something more often yet olso give the trill of knowing that mayby this time ill get one of them.

as i see it now with guildwars 2 they wanted to prevent grinding yet you have to do a dunguon over and over again to complete a dunguon armor. and even though it wont take you ages to get the armor your stil doing something more then once to get something thats grinding in my opinion.

and next to that the only thing that takes ages to get is a legendairy but like i said before, everyone wil have it eventualy.

i dare say and am sure i speak for alot of people!

Adding nice drops based on change/luck wil improve gameplay and fun for players!
And it wil keep players playing.

What am trying to say is theire is no luck factor at all.

atm all you do in pve is grind a dunguon to complete an armor and try to make some money by running events (sounds like grinding to me)

it would be nice to know that you might get something really valuable from a dunguon or mayby from champions something you can use to show of or to sell to get the money you want to buy the other thing you want.

the economy is wack if you ask my why? all that is sold in blt = items people need to use on the mystic forge
lets face it why would you buy an armor? go do a dunguon and voila no need to spend money on armor or weapons.

i don’t know if what i just all said here makes sense but am sure theire are many people out theire that know what a talking about.

Its not special to have certain dunguon armor or a certain weapon it just means you have spend some time on it thats all.

i can t say “look i got cof armor” yea nice ill get it aswell.’this is teh same for the legendairy yea nice but soon everyone has one no big deal..

its all to easy and predetermend

i do know that because of this ive seen about 30 people i know that went back to playing guild wars 1 and others that are looking for another game. i think its a shame cuase guild wars 2 has so much potential i just hope developers wil understand the valeu of a luck factor. theire is no fun in a game were everyone wil have everything if they just spend some time on it.

oh wel am quiting guild wars 2 for now when theire comes a new world or a new part like they did in gw1 ill come have a look again and see if theire were any changes or more game content.

for the record i do like guild wars 2 props for graphics and gamemechenics but am just more a fan of being lucky and having fun instead of knowing play 3 hours a day and in 5 mohnts you have every dunguon armor, 8 classes 80 and full mapexplore + campaign. all crafts.
and then whats left to do? farm gold for what? farm for somethign special no use youll get it anyways.

Luck should never be a major factor in a game… I have never ever been lucky in any game including all 14,900 hours I spent in GW1.

For those people who have equally bad luck, games should have more than one method of getting an item. So if you don’t get it one way (say luck), then at least you can work on it another. Trying to stop people from working towards an item (instead of being “lucky”), should never be part of any game.

I understand what he’s saying & I agree to some degree. The economy is boring & there is no trade game, yet there is MF & item grinding.. only to vendor most items and sell a few mats. I agree it’s a rly nice game, just needs a bit more.
