Sort out rewards for races other than humans
I agree there needs to be more race specific gear. I posted my ideas here:

Nowhere is stated that sylvari uses plant armor by definition. You have TA, and three culturals.
>No doubt this has been raised before
@ Sons – It might not be stated but it is unlikely that the Sylvari, or any other race, would ‘reward’ someone with human clothing. I have yet to see any crafted armour that is anything but human. So yes, I think the game is unfairly biased towards humans and, as a new player, I find that bizarre and off-putting. It is the same for Norn – the armours available were ridiculous for the native climate and it seems extremely lazy by Anet that they do not at least provide cultural rewards in the personal story.

Along a similar line, I would like to see each class have its own style. I liked that in GW1 you had a sense when playing a necro you had the power of death in your character and you felt kitten, but now running around with the same style of armor that an ele and mesmer wear you don’t get that feeling.
But then you start crunching the numbers 8 classes x 5 races x 2 genders that’s 80 different sub-styles for that one main style. If they would take the time spent on the living world and rework the armor styles instead, then I think you would see a lot more people running dungeons to get the armor they felt suits their profession and race the best. They could make meta achievements from it too. Like buy a full set of armor from each dungeon and have them tiered by pieces and after each tier you got a few AP’s and a few dungeon tokens from that dungeon to help with buying the next piece. It wouldn’t be any more difficult than the metas now but just more grindy. And, I don’t think ANet has any problems with making players grind. *cough*ledgendaries*cough*
