Ok so my elementalist is only lvl 33 and I will soon have all but 1 achievement for the back piece in Southsun. I know that I wont be able to use it yet but I will when I hit lvl 80. However I will not be able to get it because of 1 achievement. The omelet achievement. If we are bumped up to level 80 stats to participate, than why can I not eat the omelet after completing the event? This little issue is going to cost me a nice back piece for when I hit level 80.

You should be able to easily grab one of the Canach related achievements once the continuation to this story is released (May 28th) and get the back piece. There’s no reason they’d remove the scaling for that part when they’ve been consistent with bumping people to 80 for the living story stuff.

Or you could do the PvP minigame for the last one. Either way it’s doable without any added work on their end. You just have to wait a bit I’m afraid :/
