Speed hackers should be banned
Of course it is not allowed, hacking is not allowed.
They can’t however spend time monitoring every single map on every single server at every single moment, so they need people to report the hackers and supply actual proof.

Maybe put a detecting system on host server? it really hard to report someone in a 50 people group.

I’m sure they collect tons on data on skill usage, player movement speed, etc. If you can tell someone is using a speed hack instead of boons and buffs, then they should probably also show up in the data. Either as a player moving faster than the theoretical limit or just a player moving too fast for the boon or buffs they have (or don’t have).
Note: I said theoretical speed limit because there’s probably a max speed a player can achieve with all the buffs applied to them or a limit set in the calculations that prevents buffs from being applied or ignores them after a certain point. I don’t know if such a limit exists, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it did.

And if someone where in a 50 people group, they wouldn’t be using a speed hack now, would they?
Unless all those 50 were, otherwise the one who did would be running ahead of those that didn’t, correct?

I would suggest using humans to guide more processor intensive checks of potential hackers. I’m sure there are ways to specifically pinpoint a hacker that couldn’t be used as blanket coverage over the whole player base, simply due to excessive processor use. In this case, have a “possible hacker” report. Once that is done, more specific tests and maybe more importantly, recorded evidence of such hacking could be made, which can be reviewed by Anet staff at their leisure.
There is a lot of cheater (that you people call “hacker”, even if they’re just kitten).
You should see how a Russian WWW battle goes on. They just jump over the walls, or even better, walking through it… Yean and they cannot be interrupted/knocked, but you don’t even have to, since they have all the buffs prermanent (recounting).
By the time, ArenaNet will take care of them. Until that, you can report them as “botters”. I have no clue why there is no “possible hacker” kind of report option in the list.
