For the love of peaches, remove the self-root on this thing. It is nearly useless because of it.

I could not agree more,sad thing,only avid hammer users will be able to relate to this,an there are not many of us.The animation of staggering blow is Slow enough the added self root can make it a painfull slow skill to use,especially when using it after skill 2 for ex.I actually only use 4 when quickness pops,or when i jump into a zerg with F1.

Btw,they did remove the self root for 3 some timeago..so maybe…..

It is useless in PvP/WvW because everyone moves around. Even in PvE it is most often a waste of time because the mob will just move out of range of it.
