"Stand your ground" needs a group audio que.
Agreed. I’m a bit baffled as to why Guardian Shouts can’t be heard like Warrior ones. While they’re at it, I recall hearing Hold The Line once or twice when casting it, but that was forever ago. Was that soundfile removed or is that just my client being derped?
I think Hold The Line is bugged, sometimes an audio file will play, most of the time nothing does.
I wish a lot of the audio cues were redone. The human male version of “Shake of off” is pretty good. The human female, however…

Actually, with a human male guardian at least, there are audible shouts for every Shout with the exception of “Hold the Line,” where the character instead simply makes a generic comment on the application of Protection. I tested all of the others, including “Stand your ground,” and was able to confirm audible shouts.
It sounds like the problem might be broad and intermittent – certain guardian shouts are lacking soundfiles for certain race/gender combinations.
err… I think the problem is that nobody around can hear your guardian shouts. I never hear someone shouting retreat! around me or other guardian shouts, but…

True! I totally agree, I think it should be done across the board with all characters shouting all the time, hearing you have gotten a buff is much greater than having to look through you buff list in the midst of battle. A toggle in the audio section would also be nice for those that don’t want it.
