Hi, I am a member of a very large guild named Mythological (500 strong) on Kaineng server. We do guild missions twice a week, and guild leaders tend to spend the better part of those days rolling for the easier missions and the ones in lower lvl areas so the entire guild can participate. But having 80-100 ppl online during those days is hard to coordinate, and despite repeated guild chat messages some ignorant fool will wander by a mission spot and activate it on accident hours before missions are scheduled, forcing our leaders to start the rolling process all over again for that mission. One unfortunate such person did so just yesterday mere seconds after our 90 minute mission announcement, and earned the wrath of everyone online at one time. That person logged and has not been seen since.

My suggestion is this. Guild leaders should be able to set the ability to activate guild missions in the rank panel of the guild screen. That way only ranking guild officers can start missions. No poor scrubs being chewed out, and no one missing missions because someone accidentally started them early.

Technically, there is already a guild function under the guild rank permissions for this. However, it does not work right. “Mission Control” only allows those with the permission to start the guild missions from the guild upgrade panel. Even though its description says that it applies to “interact with items in the world to kick off guild challenges”, it does not work, anyone in the guild can interact with the item/banner to start it. This is not a problem when it comes to Bounties and Treks, but it is a problem with Challenges, Rushes, and Puzzles. This needs to be fixed badly.
