I really liked the feature in Warhammer Online that when you worked your butt off in RvR for your server and made the most points/kills and so on you got a statue made out of stone of your character in the citys(felt really good when i had mmy first statue of my good ol Magus in the Chaos City).If i remember right the 10 best RvR players got one.

Since we have or will have 2 week long WvWvW battles,at the end of every 2 weeks the best 10 players could have a statue for 2 weeks (that look exactly like their characters) in the main citys,maybe in a (Hall of Honor?).On top of that Arena.net could maybe add a special,unique looking WvWvW statue set (that looks absolutely brutal) where you get one piece of it every time you get one of the statues because you were on of the best players.

What do you guys think about it?Let me know.And what does Arena.net think about it?Developers are welcomed.

That would be cool as hell.

how will you select those 10 players? Most time online? Most kills?

Dont see any benifit in it besides a egoboost …

And how exactly would this be judged on?

The amount of kills, amount of events completed, time spent active in WvW
This would hardly be a fair way of showing who is best, the highest kills would solely be won by those who use siege as they can demolish teams, so it would be a case of our could press F quickest.
most events completed can easily be done by escorting supply Dolyaks, as you can do about 2-3 in the time it would take to take down a tower.

Just give players with everything they do (kill keep lord,kill a player,place trebuchet and so on) kinda like WvWvW points?The 10 players that have the most at the end of the 2 week battles get the statue.Ok,then it wouldn’t really represent “the best” players anymore but the ones that participated a LOT in WvWvW and gave their best to lead the server to victory.

I don’t know,i think there could be a solution to that.

Only add this is you also add a “vandalism merchant” that allows you to buy cans of spraypaint and tomatoes and eggs and whatnot that you can then toss/use on the statues at will.
