Yes, I saw a few happen recently and it bugged me too. In addition, one of them closed a thread stating there was another thread on that topic and linked to a thread that was also closed (without a conclusion mind you). Kind of a catch 22 there don’t you think?
It’s better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.

Oh I don’t doubt it, the lack of professionalism / common courtesy among anet employees is stunning. Just because they are behind a computer screen they think they can be rude or unprofessional ( there are exceptions of course).

Not enough of them. I never thought I would prefer guru, but there at least the mods would respond to a PM and the developers would actually respond to an occasional community concern. It is still strange to me that they actually communicate directly with their fans less now that they have their own forums.
