It’s simple, like in GW. A makeover.
Why not a character makeover? That’s not about change the race or personal story, just to change your look/appearance or maybe sex (extreme makeover)

For sure you would have tons of people getting this, because I KNOW theres people like myself who want to change their characters now or want at least know theres a way to change later.

A barber for the basic changes like hair/ skin colour or eye colour would be great, and for the larger changes such as race/ gender ect a cash item. though i suspect it’s going to cost either way.

Every MMO i have played gives you the option to change basic appearance for free, so we can only hope.

I would like to be able to change my race… Restarting the personal story would be fine as well.

Well that’s cool for you. But what about the rest of us who want to change race? It only makes sense to restart your personal story and let you answer the beginning questions. If you don’t like that it restarts personal story then you can 1. don’t do personal story since it’s apparent you don’t like it anyway or 2. don’t change races?

If you’re just changing the appearance or gender of your character and not changing races then it shouldn’t restart personal story.

I like the concept of a barber, but gender/race change is a bit too random

If they can implement race change I dont see why not. I mean it will not affect anyone, just the guy who have changed lol
I was talking about not changing race because it could take a while more to implement (And I want change look now. lol) and much more change than just your look. Not to not have.
More options, better.

would love a berber shop, I really wish I could tweak some of my charr’s fur colours and hair style.
