Achievement Title: Artisan
Pre-requisite: Master Crafter
Requirement: Learn X out of all recipes for each of the given crafting disciplines. 5-8 tiers.
How it works: Let’s say you max out Armorsmithing. You then unlock the achievement track “Artisan Armorsmith”. When you learn the total of required number of recipes to max out “Artisan Armorsmith” it progresses the Artisan track by 1/8. Max the Artisan track and receive the Artisan title.
Possibility: Make it Dynamic!
So all of the requirements work basically the same way, however, instead of needing to learn X number out of all possible recipes, you need to learn ALL currently available recipes for each crafting discipline.
For instance, you max out all Artisan [crafting discipline] and, get the Artisan title. A month later Anet introduces new recipes for Armorsmithing. With the introduction of the new recipes, you loose progress in the “Artisan Armorsmith” track, and by the transitive property in the “Artisan” title track as well, loosing your Artisan title. In order to get it back you must learn all new recipes in order to re-max out both achievement tracks.
I personally like the idea of a dynamic achievement better. But this is just my two copper
