Guild Wars 2

There are a lot of suggestions piling up in this forum. Many of them are repetitive or variations on a theme. Some of them are such no-brainers that I can’t imagine that they’re not already planned or actually in the pipeline.

So, to cut down on clutter and to give the community more focus, I think we should be provided with some idea of what the devs intend to do, what they’d like to do , and maybe even mention a few things that’re completely off the table (at least in the immediate future).

I realize that a “better” alternative to this forum is a goal but, for the time being, this is what we got… so might as well try to optimize it a bit?

While I wouldn’t mind knowing what’s in the works for us, I don’t think they should post a pretty list for us, even for the sake of focusing the suggestion forums. Give players an inch in showing them what to expect, and they’ll run a mile with it and expect it right now.

Better to leave us in the dark until the framework is in place or just before implementation, frankly.
