Change the Scepter 3 Feast of Corruption so it doesn’t do more damage the more conditions are on the target but know consumes all bleed stacks on it do 75% of their damage left.

This would add a little burst to the solo necro but not increase his damage potential and also help to deal with the problem conditionmancers have if they are fighting together with 2+ other players without increasing the cap.
