I suggest you guys create a “battlegrounds”
Basically there will be 3 spawn areas, North, South-West, South-East.
Between each spawn there can be deep dark forests with strong mobs hiding and living within them. Mysteries can be unveiled within the forests and epic battles can be fought.
Near each spawn there will be a tower and 2 camps further in to supply the tower.
Going in further towards the middle there will be a large castle, These castles will hold epic fights to defend and the invaders will attack with full force holding nothing back!
More ideas and content can be put into this, but this is just a taste of the idea, that might interest you!
WvW Guards:
Create an option for players to purchase more guards or GUILD guards.
The keeps have the basic supply upgrade for patrol and guard improvements but you should allow players to go to certain locations to purchase a squad of 3-4 guards who are a bit stronger and tougher than regular guards. They can pay XXX Gold or XXX Badges or both to help in the defense of the Keep/Tower/Castle. Within each guard group there is a healer, tank, and caster, add another class if needed.
But I think this will make defending a keep much more epic and fun for players!
Also: If a keep/tower/camp/castle is claimed by a guild, the guards should wear the guild armor emblem and their shields should have the emblem as well. The Guild Tag should show on these mobs, presenting the guild to the players. This shows pride or honor to the guild. And they can proudly stand by their keep
