Suggestion for balancing PvP vs. PvE
They already have something like this implemented, there’s less stats in PvP giving a “resilience”.
Also, there are a few skills that have PvP only versions, such as “Save Yourselfs!”

The problem is WvWvW, since it runs in a PvE setting nerfs can happen because of it.
The huge problem with PvE is not the PvP skills.
It is the PvE itself.
No matter how much you buff damage or reduce them, anything that is not a High DPS skill will always be useless. Why? It is the way PvE is designed. You don’t need stuns, you don’t need snares, you don’t need anything other than high dps.
When PvE is designed where mobs actually REQUIRE stuns and snares, then there is no need to split PvE/PvP
