There are times I can dodge by simply running, which is good when I’ve used up my endurance for the moment. But I have to admit, I never thought about putting the weapons away to turn off a skill.
Still, I think the “can’t move” part of those skills will stay. I think the idea is that you have to accept the risk of standing still and possibly wasting the skill by moving in order to use them.
