I think it would encourage a more solid community from the worlds. Other MMORPGs have them so I see no reason why GW2 shouldnt, considering wvwvw is huge part of the game.

I agree. This would cause server communities to be more time tight-knit.

It’d be nice. If they do ‘em, you should only have access to your home server IMO, or they’ll be total troll and flamefests. As is, they’re gonna take a lot of moderating.

Some servers have already started their own forums outside of this site…

I am sure they will make them when they start charging for server transfers, at the moment it is kind of pointless since people can freely transfer.

I would love home server forums – it would be great to start to build community spirit and solidarity.

Also would be nice if guild recruitment could be done on a by-server basis instead of dumping it all into one forum.

Marconius, I think the g recruitment forum we have now is good in making sure we don’t look only our server’s guilds. I don’t mind having to use the search function there to search for the server’s name if I want to. I’d like to keep it (alongside server specific forums if they’re made. Idk if that is silly.)

Chances are, a socially minded group of people has already started up a community site for your server.

Try asking around in places like WvW and Lion’s Arch.
