Honestly, everyone loves holiday skins, and looks.
Some use the Gem store, while others don’t.(And the ones who dont convert gold to gems.)
However here’s a few suggestions from the Halloween event I’ve read on the forums.

Making holiday themed skins, for armor.
Adding weapon skins and armor ones into the gem store, without it being a lottery.
For lottery items:
Stating the chances to win an item form the lottery.
I’ll possibly edit with more later as the event goes on.
