Suggestions for making the WvW better
There is a suggestion subforum you can use, General is so swamped in trolls and kids that most stuff posted here ends up closed or ignored for excessive flaming
If they remove queueing, a lot of people will start complaining about lag and imbalanced sides.
What do you have to say for them?

For us the Queuing system is not guild friendly.
And i still think its important when there is a guild friendly system.
A MMORPG need guilds… ones guilds start leaving , most members will follow.
And the TIPS are suggestions and not flamming.
Overflow WvWvW maps that function like alliance battles used to. Have there reset on the same timer and have them be worth a number of points. Yes it is a little more sPvP in feel, but let’s you play in a much larger number of players to still earn badges of honor and points for your server.

There are options to lower the graphics.
For some of our guild members it was also hard to run the game in WvW.
The where running the game on Win 32 and done a upgrade to Win 64.
Some where need to change the processor and motherboard.
None have problems now in WvW.
I Think we all know when you like to play a MMORPG that suport World vs World
or Realm vs Realm that you beter dont run the game whit a old PC.
There will be a time that we need upgrade our PC.
Even now the balance vs servers is not perfect.
Some servers have a beter team work vs other servers in WvW.
No matters the number of players in WvW.
Even in a open WvW the servers still need their home players to defend the server Orb.
Server 1 can lose easy their Orb to Server 3 when the focus full force on Server 2.
DAOC got also a 3 World vs World system , but a open World vs World with NO queuing.
And most of time the balance was also perfect.
Queing would unblanace sides in wvw and yeah, introduce a lot more lag. It may not be friendly to you but your guild isn’t the center of the universe. Its WvW not GvG.

It is called World vs World vs World, not X% of each world. If you want even odds, play sPvP. I agree that they should take away the queing and make it truly WvWvW. Then balance the server population by matching up similar servers. That is something DAoC was not able to do, but they were still able to make it work…very well actually. And maybe they should offer benefits for people rolling on under populated servers. And yes, I know they give a buff in WvW when you are outnumbered, I mean something more helpful, maybe even also outside of WvW. That way they can level and make a better impact in BG/BL.

2 The red/blue/green color scheme denotes who is from what server. Server ranked #1 in the bracket is green, ranked #2 in the bracket is blue, and server ranked #3 in the bracket is red. Changing this would make it harder to identify which server is attacking you.
3 Organized servers already know who is taking what. There is absolutely no reason to mark territories in any way.
4 I can’t see how this would even matter in WvW, but I can’t see how it would hurt, either. This is the only thing I’d vote for here.
WvW works just fine, exactly as it is. If you don’t believe that’s true, talk to some folks from Henge of Denravi who spend most of their time in there.

Cool down and try to see what kind of post this is. He is making suggestions based on his experience of playing and leading a guild.
How does anything he wrote suggest his guild is the center of the world? Quote it please. All I can see is his opinions on how the game can be improved.

I can’t see why not. Using guildchat is the last option when in fight. Also when the fight is spread out in a large area (wich is very common) you want to know where your leader is without needing to ask or running around looking. He might be concentrated with some enemies. Don’t know about anyone else but I think a strong team stick together or no party would be needed at all. “Just follow the zerg” isn’t always the best option for the server.
Make it cost influence for a certain period of time.

So thats a reason to ignore the servers thats lesser organized? I belive not! It would enhance my gameplay to be able to see more of the activities in the server.

Im proud to represent my guild so therefor i think a guild emblem somewhere visible on the armor or on a cloak as suggested (or as a tatoo? :P ) would be great.

WvWvW works fine yes. But there is always room for improvement. However if you want diffrent opinions of what to improve ask the highest and the lowest ranking server and compare their answer. I can’t think that they would answer everything the same when it comes to thing that benefits “good” or “bad” players. Noone ever question a rule if they are the best because of it. Human nature. AND NO im not saying the best ranking players/servers (or anyone else for that matter) are doing anything to exploit for their winning. Rules are same for everyone.

The worst part is atm the queuing system. It’s a lottery as it is today. Even if I enter the queue before a friend in my guild I might not get access before him/her. Sometimes it differs 2hours or more. Some ppl don’t have 2 hours to spend on queuing every evening. It prevent serious atempts of guild nights or events.
It can’t be so hard to fix.
