It would be nice if you gave the Mac client some support, really any at all.
One possible suggestion would be actually attempting to help users with their problems on the Mac beta support forum thread rather than simply having Luis repost a thread created by a user named Kyllaa as the only means of “troubleshooting.” (not trying to bash Kyllaa, she has been extremely helpful but if Luis isn’t actually doing anything then why is he there?)
Another would be to communicate with us, you know like anything at all. You guys do “state of the game” and “what’s to come later in the year” articles and yet you have never mentioned us in any of them, at all. There hasn’t even been a dev post regarding us since last October.
A last suggestion would be to care, yet again, at all about our community. You leave our client broken, unsupported, and neglected. Take a guess how the community feels? (hint, see previous sentence)
In all seriousness though, 10 months is way too long to allow a game client for the “fastest selling game in the west” to be neglected like this. You have lost the faith of most of the Mac community and at some point, you’re going to lose them all. Time to step it up and actually try, at all, to make things right.
