Superior Sigil of Bursting/Malice
i was gonna make this same post. the only reason i can see why they did this is because maybe they won’t let you stack 2 of the same sigils the same way you can’t stack 2 sigils of Force.
But, if this wasn’t a mistake and they want 2 runes that do exactly the same thing, Anet approves of being able to add +12% Condi duration to a weapon set. In which case, why not just make it so you can stack 2 of the same sigils so one of the other sigils can be something else?
Hopefully a dev can respond to whether this was intentional to have 2 of the same kind of sigils or not, and whether the same sigils stack or not before the Living Story is gone. I personally planned on buying all the new recipes that don’t drop for me by the time the event is gone. But as long as 2 malice sigils can stack, there’s no point to buying the Bursting recipe and that will save me 3g.

Bad version of force?
Sigil of Force (5%) is “Direct Damage”.
Sigil of Bursting (6%) is “Condition Damage”.
Condition damage is calculated on a per tick basis. Direct damage is calculated on contact. Two very different things. Do not listen to this comment.
