Ok, so. In the original GW, there were some really cool dances. It made me want to play a necro just to see the thriller dance. I’m not saying there aren’t cool dances in this game too, but I have an idea.

Instead of your dance being determined by race or gender, use part of the character creation to decide what dance you get. Kinda like they do with the quest line. For example, humans have different quests depending on what they choose as their back story (orphan/circus reject/etc). So why not use one of those characteristics to determine your toon’s dance instead of just slapping the same dance on everyone of that race? Customize it a little bit more, yeah? Like, maybe Norns with the charisma trait do the macarena or something. Something matched to their characteristics.

Or maybe you can buy dance moves or whole dance from Black Lion Trading ?
Would buy a breakdance move where you’re spinning on your back

Each gender of each class had a different dance, female necros did the thriller dance

The male necro dance always made me lol.

An alternative would be to simply add more dance commands: /dance1, /dance2, etc.

I like the idea of having a different default dance based on your personality though. +1

Great suggestion, though I lean towards everyone having 2 dances. 1 race/gender dance, and 1 class/gender dance.
