We all know that almost every class can have perma swiftness.
I the light of this, there is no point to NOT REPAIR mesmers Temporal Curtain,so it will stack with other swiftness buffs.
For those who will be worried that you can stack swiftness many times running zig-zag throught TC- who cares? Everybody can have perma switfness now,guardian symbol give swithness and stack with other sources too. And it will give swiftness to all allies who cross it.
So please let TC stack with other sources. We already have perma – swiftness in zerg, while playing in 2 people roaming, mesmers only reliable source of swiftness(rng on signet is out of game because it is random) of mesmer.
