I was sitting on a good amount of laurels and decided to get cat tonic recently. I love it but it discourages me to use it most of the time and the reason is movement speed. I love moving around as a random cat and I would like to use it all the time when I am in towns etc. but after couple days I can’t handle how slow it is.

My suggestion is adding a swiftness skill on cat tonic skills or give perma swiftness when using it in cities? or at least let it respect movement signets. I don’t think it would be an unfair change for an item cost 100 laurels.

A cat shouldn’t move slower than a giant norn guardian with full heavy armor and shield right? xD

Doesn’t the cat move at the same speed as every other tonic-form in the game?

Generally speaking, I think everyone in cities should have a permanent +33% speed boost (non-stacking) instead of being required to interact with an NPC or use skills.
