Hey I was just thinking the other day, many people often have different “trait sets” that they like, but it was often annoying to go back to LA and change these, so Anet implemented instant trait reset thingies (forgot what they were called ^^) in the gem store. But it’s still quite annoying when switching to have to go through each trait over again. I was thinking maybe we could get an option where we could save 2 trait sets and switch between them without having to go through picking the traits again. I realize many problems for Anet can come from this : getting rid of the goldsink, making the game too easy (if you’re just switching all the time), and others…
Therefore, perhaps this option could already come quite expensive (like the grandmaster’s manual for example), have a small fee maybe each time you switch, and a cooldown so that you’re not making the game easy (like 1hour or something like that).

Then again, this is just an idea, so give your thoughts people, and constructive criticism is key

I like the idea of the price being similar to that of the Grandmaster manual, and the cooldown, but I would probably make the CD longer, even up to 4 hours. After all, they can go swap the traits manually if they just NEED it before that CD is up.

I think that having the item to “unlock” the dual-trait should be in the gem store, to help alleviate some of the lost revenue that Anet might have due to this.

I’d say it’d be up to Anet to determine the CD, they’ll know what’s gamebreaking and what’s not, but I agree, the unlocking could be done through the gem store, as many people would want to buy it and it seems to me not many people have been buying gems lately.
