Kinda self explanitory. A booster that will reduce the tax for selling items at the BLTP.
It can help reduce the current market price while still keep the price at a decent level.
It can also be limitted to crafting materials, wepons, trophies etc.
Just my 2 cents since you can hardly make a profit now cuz of the taxes.

agree the taxes are a bit high, and I think it is done on purpose on aNets part, because they are depending on the gem store to bring in the extra cash. Why you think there is an option to trade gems for gold. Also explains a lot of gold prices being high on recipes and Cultural Gear. And coin loot is on the low end. They want people to buy gems to trade for gold in their store.
