Targeting (again :-)
I think I would prefer this as an option I can select in [F11] options.
- Auto-target and keybinding targets include neutral NPCs? Yes | No.
- Auto-target and keybinding targets include out-of-sight targets? Yes | No
this I have posted on before it makes me verry very sad to be shooting one monster and my charater randomly desides to shoot something else just to make it come over to attack me to witch just makes me wana scream.

Yes, it would certainly be great if it were customizable.
Another similar approach would be to have multiple available keybind actions, since the number of permutations is relatively small. For example:
- “Target Next Enemy” for reds only;
- “Target Next Creature” for targets that can fight back;
- “Target Next Object” for anything which can be the target of a combat ability.
Likewise
- “Target Next Visible X”,
- “Target Nearest X”,
- “Target Nearest Visible X” and so forth.
Then we could all have exactly what we want (including simultaneously having bindings to more than one “kind” of targeting).

I’m a ranger, so when something comes after me I’m going to start kiting/strafing so I’m not getting hit as much. Sometimes I will randomly lose my target (untarget) and am not able to use TAB to select them again because they are behind me. I know in WoW they had a 180 so you could do some serious kiting, but I don’t see that happening in Guild Wars 2 for balance reasons.
