Guild Wars 2

It would be fun to be able to do Keg Brawl as guild vs. guild or even have a guild night Keg Brawl. As it stands now though, you can’t join a game with one friend let alone a group.

My husband and I tried all morning to get on the same team. Several games we were placed on opposing teams and several times we weren’t even in the same game. We never managed to get on the same team.

Please make it so you can join as a group or at least if you are grouped with even one other person, you get in the same game and on the same team. It would be so much more fun to be able to coordinate and actually play offense and defense. As it stands now, at least the games I have been in, there has been no coordinated play, no assists, no offense, no defense; just people running around randomly trying to be the one who scores with the keg.

I think allot more players will actually play Keg Brawl if we could join games as a group!

i was passing by the keg brawl area in hoelbrak yesterday and wondered if anyone still played it. brought it up in the guild, someone asked for a guild-wide match of keg brawl.

then someone else said you can’t join friends in keg brawl matches, or set up parties. why? part of the fun of those minigames is doing them with friends, being forced to play with strangers kills that.

I can see what they aimed for with the current system.. to simply go to the playfield and jump right into any game that is going on at the moment.. And by all means, leave it at that.. but do not split up parties.. simply keep them in the same team! This will increase the loading times for the match, because if a party of five joins a match.. but there are no other parties, they have to wait til solo players have joined the match to fill up the other team, OR it will be kinda unbalanced as the game might start will really uneven teams!..

Then if you join with a team of 5 but there isn’t another team of 5 to play then it should come up and say “Uneven match, do you want to stay queued until an even match can be made or need 2 volunteers to join the other team.” Problem solved.
